Service
If your order is a gift, we can wrap it specially, include a personal
message, and send it directly. We will post a receipt in a separate
letter to the person who placed the order.
This service costs $4 in addition to the shipping charges.
When you place the order just let us know:
- the occasion
- your message
- the name and address of the recipient
Please check the 'gift' box and write your message in the space provided
at the checkout.

Ordering
and Shipping
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an automatic
email confirming your order. All orders will be processed and shipped
within 24-48 hours after you have been confirmed and authorized. please
note: you may be contacted by a Customer Service representative if we
are having problems with an authorization.
All online credit card payments are handled by Paypal. Major credit
cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted. Please note: orders
will be shipped after check has cleared.
Domestic Shipping Rates
All packages will be sent Canada Post. Please allow 7-14 business days
for delivery in Canada. International deliveries may take 14-21 business
days.

International Orders: Please note that many countries charge duty/tax
when the shipment arrives in that country, which can amount to 35% of
the value of the shipment.
Delivery Time
We will make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as
possible. However there are conditions that might cause delay. Your
patience is greatly appreciated.
Shipping Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location or order
date. Orders requesting shipment to the East Coast are usually delivered
within five to seven days.

Returns
and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would
like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a
credit note, exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot exchange underwear
or earrings for reason of hygiene unless they are faulty. Please complete
and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery, and send it
to us along with the unused item in its original packaging by secure
delivery to the address given on the returns form. We recommend that
you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
Goods are returned to Dreamyz at your own expense. We cannot be held
liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods,
then you will be charged for postage and packaging at our standard rates.
Faulty goods will be exchanged at Dreamyz expense.
Trade Description
Although we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures
are as accurate as possible, we hope that you will understand that the
uniqueness and hand crafted nature of the products means that there
may be slight variation in colour and size.
